How To Get A FREE £5 Amazon/Waterstones Gift Card (Step-By-Step Guide)

Updated: May 26, 2023

You read that right a free £5 gift card or money off Amazon/Waterstones/The Works orders (any many other stores), with no catches and no purchases necessary!

You may have seen this over Bookstagram or Booktok; but how do you actually do it?

This is easier on your laptop/desktop, so email yourself this page if you need to - available to everyone in the UK.

  1. Sign up to Zilch - (click here) to get rewarded with £5 (500 credits) just for signing up!

  2. Complete the verification process - this will include verifying your email and number, adding your address & card details (no charges made - I've used Zilch for over a year).

**extra tip - continue using your account for online purchases to get money back from all purchases & add to that £5!

Now you're ready to go!

Follow the steps below to claim your free £5 gift card:

  1. Go to the Zilch home page

  2. Click on the Amazon/Waterstones logo (see below), I'll use Amazon as an example

Your balance just through signing up will be 500 aka £5 for absolutely no cost; so let's turn it into an Amazon gift card.

When the message below comes up if you're just planning on buying your £5 gift card you can select either option, if you're spending more simply choose the option best for you.

3. At the bottom of the page - click the circle next to 'rewards balance'

4. The circle will turn green and banner will then turn blue - now click 'enable for store'

5. This will take you to Amazon - where you can buy a £5 gift card and simply use your Zilch card (see below) at checkout!

Your Zilch card details will be on the Zilch page where you clicked 'enable for store'

6. That's it, you're done!

7. Additional optional step - let me know what you buy with your free £5 gift card!

I've had a couple of people ask me for help to get their gift card so I'm really hoping this is useful to you all! It's such an incredible offer I just have to keep sharing it so no one misses out.

Any questions please let me know! I've used Zilch for over a year and continue to recommend.
